I need to cope for two more days before my psychiatrist appointment. There's no way it's not a chemical imbalance or something, so I just have to hold on until then. If that doesn't work, I'm going with the night-night method. It would be the 6th anniversary of my first attempt. Anyways, I really don't know what to do in the meantime besides cry and punch walls and shit. How can I hold out and be patient?
