• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

  • Security update: At around 2:28AM EST, the site was labeled as malicious by Google erroneously, causing users to get a "Dangerous site" warning in most browsers. It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

If you're still getting these warnings, please let a member of staff know.

Does anyone know if it's possible to order online without a background check?

It's the way I want to go out to avoid failure, but I can't get my licence for 2 years because of a divorce.

I doubt you can legally. You can't get licensed because of a divorce?!

Yes, the paperwork specifically asks about a divorce, and if you have in last 2 years, no gun licence allowed.

Yeah I don't know Canadian law nor loopholes there. I'd imagine if you are going to try to get one without a license, then it would be illegal and it's too risky to do so. Furthermore, iirc, Canada doesn't have the 2nd amendment like the US does, so firearms ownership is more of a privilege than a right. Given your circumstances, I would look for another method.

Out of curiosity I just looked at the Canadian Firearm Application.
You misread the section on divorce (conjugal partner). You can still apply.
