Someone very close to me in such a relationship. I see the person feeling neglected, the one with adhd. Does anyone has experience being in such a dynamic ?

I do have AuDHD, most of us have problems with communication, I would seek therapist which also has AuDHD, it makes night and day difference. The autistic one might feel very individualistic and seek a lot of alone time, but it does not mean he/she does not care for the other person, communication is Key there
