Method alcohol impact on blood and hanging

would drinking alcohol make it quicker in any way to die from partial hanging? i know the time it take to pass out is short anyway but the 15 minutes, is this still the same due to how thing blood is with alcohol? also i wonder is pain prolly less bc the more '' out of it '' you are, is less impact on you i guess?
