Ive tried partial hanging today. Spent all afternoon trying to make myself pass out but unfortunately I only ended up with neck pain. After almost giving up, I changed places and tried it again a couple of minutes ago, this time I felt so close to passing out but I had to stop bc it wasn't the right time to ctb.
It wasnt painful, my neck doesnt hurt when Im doing it, neither do I feel like my head is going to explode. I only feel dizzy kinda like blacking out and my lips get numb, also my ears start to ring almost instantly. I feel like my nose will start to bleed out too
If I had waited a little bit more while applying more pressure I think I would've made myself pass out and therefore die. I was like that for 20 sec btw which makes me think that Im doing it wrong bc I always see people saying they pass out right away (5 to 10 sec)

- From the results Ive got would I be able to pass out almost immediately if I try full hanging instead? (Using the same set up)
- How long do spams and convulsions last after passing out?
- After doing it my head hurts a lot and I get nauseous, is it safe to keep doing these practices?
