Another treatment plan!

Well after nearly 7 weeks of waiting I am off to see the crisis team. I will take one last stab at trying to control my bipolar. If they do suggest counselling I will walk, talking to people who pretend they understand does nothing for me. Scared if they take me off venlafaxine and carbamazpine as this combination worked well for me for a number of years.
Wish me luck, I did joke last week when I missed my appointment that I was in safe hands as the mortuary is only next door. I don't think they got me.
