  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

In accordance with my psychiatrist she gave me the ok to stop my meds as of yesterday. So I did. And the dizziness came in. Its not bad to the point where I am unable to do daily tasks (exercise, cooking, sleep, etc) but it is apparent. I am about to do light exercise and my mind is feeling dizzy. Is this normal? I am weaning from Zoloft after being on it for about over a year

I hit replay to do this is this correct? I'm still learning. Eat more veggies. Look up veggies with amino acids like celery and garlic, I think. This will help your metabolism. Also take an extra shower and relax in the shower. It will help ypur Body detox from the steam and your mind can calm down as well. You could do breathing exercises. Look up Wim Hoff (Norwegian guy I think) this might also help you to recoup. Oxygen gets rid off toxins. It doesnt matter how you get the oxygen, breathing or eating or liquid supplement, it will get rid of toxins and your body and mind will heal itself. I would say quit smoking but I myself will probly smoke myself into the grave. You can do it. Just relax and keep your head up.

I started off at 25ml of Zoloft early last year. Abut a few months in I went up to 50ml and then went back to 25ml about 2 months ago. Then, I go the ok from my psychiatrist to stop them completely starting yesterday

I accidentally had withdrawal from zoloft when I ran out for a few days and felt like absolute trash, felt like I was floating and could pass out at any moment, but granted that was from 200mg to nothing. take it easy and rest if you feel weak

Taper is better if you can. Look up FB group 'Zoloft should be illegal' - they will advise you on taper. Doctors don't know much about tapering. Please research it!
