Antiemetic question

Hello all!

So I know anti emetics stop vomiting, but do they stop nausea as well? Eg if I took an overdose, would I still get that horrendously sick feeling but not throw up?

For me, antiemetics just keep me from throwing up. They never help too much with nausea. Zofran is amazing for preventing both, but I thought it wasn't a "true" antiemetic. Could be wrong though.
