  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

  • Security update: At around 2:28AM EST, the site was labeled as malicious by Google erroneously, causing users to get a "Dangerous site" warning in most browsers. It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

If you're still getting these warnings, please let a member of staff know.

Since two days ago, I've been more able to cope with suicidal thoughts and depression by doing gardening. That first looked silly to me, but it did help me finish something and feel some kind of accomplishment.

Today I woke up wondering what I would do. Like many days, it takes me hours to figure out what activity I'm going to do first. I don't want to do any gardening or at least I don't want to start. It looks too complicated today.

Many people said advices to me over time on how to be more active, but it seems I can't remember them easily or completely forget them.

I can imagine that gardening can be therapeutic.
Do you like to cook? Like bake cakes? Or read some book.

I am in the similar situation. Firstly try not to think about this site and people here along the day. For me it is very exhausting. Try to clear your mind, turn on your favorite calm music and set yourself up for your activity. For me the key is clear mind.

Maybe start with rooms instead of activities. What can you do in each room that you have? A computer? Maybe send that email you've been meaning to or research that one thing you've been meaning to. If it's pen and paper, maybe write down you're feelings or something fun like a poem(feel free to post it later). Remember that garden is going to need water each day so that's also something, you don't have to always clean up or trim! If it's the kitchen, maybe find something in the back of the cabinet you haven't touched yet and make it! Do a little inventory and maybe a shopping list!
