Any good methods with basic household stuff?

I need to CTB really bad and soon. My roommates are home and know ive been hospitalized so is there any quick way to CTB without looking suspicious? All i can think of right now is hanging, tylenol, or huffing some concoction of household cleaner.

None of those are good options. Even if you're considering hanging you're best to go find somewhere remote where you know you're not going to be saved
Honestly there really isn't a single option out there that is good where there's a chance of someone coming in and interrupting and saving you at whatever stage
