Hi,
As the title says, I'm trying to find methods to do in my room.
My comfort place is my own room, I wouldn't like to do it outside, because normal people might see it.
Also something that doesn't take that much willpower (I stabbed myself two days ago, couldn't go deep enough, it hurt too much + the hospital guy said I was 1cm away from the artery, would NOT do it again).
Tourniquet method might work, but they don't sell tourniquets here at all (checked all pharmacies and normal bigger stores, none)
Instead I tried to put two socks together on each side and tie my neck with leggins. I tried it for an hour or so but it didn't work, I either couldn't breathe at all or got the explosive head syndrome. Do I need to work on that or do I need to try another method? Ig yes, is there any other methods I could do? I need to do it in my own room (the stuff I can get at stores/the streets NO BUYING ONLINE), and budget could be 40€. 50/60€ if I have the willpower to wait.
Thank you for everyone, and sorry if I have typos or you can't tell what I'm saying, the drugs I took two days ago still kinda affect me, but I did check grammar twice.

I once considered buying rope to hang myself potentially in my room, but I don't have anything here that could be an anchor point that wouldn't break. Instead I'll have to go and do it outside one day.

This could be an option but you will have to be home alone..

Only a good strong rope will be necessary. And something you can use as a lock to tie the other end of the rope.

Thank you for these, but hanging would be pretty difficult. I would either have to go somewhere high enough to break my neck instantly, or if I just jumped off a chair or something wouldn't I also then get the explosive head feeling? (Forgot what it's called)

I've read that breaking your neck that way doesn't immediately kill, instead it just paralyzes you.

That doesn't happen in full suspension hanging. Where the aim is to block the carotid arteries, which carry oxygenated blood to the brain.

You can only "break your neck" in drop hanging and that method is used in executions. And it's not easy to execute at home since you have to calculate the height from which you're going to fall, the weight, it's more complicated.
