• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I went today, it felt good. Makes huge difference in how I feel. I feel like I went too late and now I won't be able to sleep. Feel revved up because I ran. Pointless post lol!

Whenever I lift weights or go for my walks I'll get that runners high about an hour afterwards and I feel super great but only for a few hours then it's back to feeling like crap.

Yes me too. I wish it would stay longer or till your next work out. I might be able to deal with existing then.

Back in the day before I was hella depressed, I'd go to those UFC boxing gyms. That was the best workout I've ever had and by far my favorite.

I can't really build muscle anymore. Whenever I lift weights or walk it's just to get the blood and oxygen pumping and flowing and releasing
endorphins.

California and Nevada both have them. There are franchises everywhere. Google your location, you may have one close.

Funny you should mention that... I know 1 seal maybe one other unless he's just a SWCC operator but anyway last time I saw my seal friend from school was at the health club I always went to and He was leaving for BUD/S the very next day.

I plan to actively start losing fat/weight once I graduate from college. I'm following the "Superior Fat Loss" program written by Jay from aworkoutroutine.com as I've found through research that his way is the most sustainable and least difficult way to go about it. (I have the e-book. PM me if you want a free copy.)

I don't plan to do serious cardio during my weight loss however(that would make things too hard),I plan instead to take up this simple but effective weight lifting routine while I'm trying to get thin: (recommended in the e-book for beginners to weight training such as myself)
https://www.aworkoutroutine.com/the-beginner-weight-training-workout-routine/

Doing this should allow me to build an at least respectable physique by the end of the fat loss program. (at least assuming I'm successful, this is an uphill battle for me)

Once I achieve this and sort out the other things in my life,I plan to try a variety of outdoor hobbies and see which ones I like enough to do on a regular basis. That and many other experts agree would be the best way to incorporate cardiovascular exercise in your life, take up a fun physical activity that you enjoy.

Of course, this is all assuming the ideal result. I could very well end up on a darker path and either die of obesity-related disease(I'm not taking up the fitness routine while I'm still juggling school responsibilities. that would make the uphill battle damn near impossible for me)or CTB due to life failure.

Wish me luck,ya'll.

EDIT: TL;DR I'm not yet physically active, but plan to in the future if all goes well.
