It's the one comfort I have rn bc my nervous very no good rn. I read it increases the likelyhood of cardiac arrest witch makes me hope I'll have one and ctb from it bc I'm no energy I'm no happy all day rn. I just want it to leave me be :(

Yes absolutely, that's also why I chose the specific birth control I take, it has an increased heart attack and stroke risk.
