If you've failed SN, how long did it take to recuperate? Would two or three days be enough for your health to get back to normal? If I fail I don't want people to know about my attempt or get suspicious

I didn't suffer from any cyanosis as far as I'm aware

Yes. 15gm is most used. I'm 102kg and thinking of 20gm.
