As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Idk how common imaginary friends are among daydreams, do you?Yup. I've had imaginary friends since childhood and I still have them as an adult. The main one I interact with I've had since I was around 11 to 12-years-old. He brings me a lot of comfort in life. He's even the main character of most of my daydreams.
Yeah, there doesn't seem to be much research in regards to adults with imaginary friends, let alone in regards to daydreams and imaginary friends. I'll probably try looking a bit more into later.Idk how common imaginary friends are among daydreams, do you?

The only stuff I've been able to find so far comes from this article on maladaptive daydreaming. The table is comparing the similarities between maladaptive daydreaming and different constructs.thanks
Notably, Table 1 shows that MD is very similar to the construct of imaginary friends. This consideration is in line with reports highlight-ing the typical presence of imaginary friends as developmental pre-cursors of MD [123,124].
