Not saying it matters THAT much here, but I'd much rather die than post anything on social media. I barely talk to anyone in real life. I have the social skills of a blueberry. So I'm here to bless you all with my precious wisdom.

Yes I post here because it feels like it doesn't matter what I say on any other platform. Like reddit for example, no one really replies there and it's all pro-lifer bs that I don't want to hear because it does not help me at all. Here, I feel like people understand your need to die and be gone forever. I'm autistic and I understand the whole "social skills of a blueberry" thing. I have zilch to say half the time, and I'm really boring ig.

i used to be a venter on discord but people barely replied on there either. posting made me anxious since i thought that a lot of people could read it or no one could read it, and that people could judge me. the replies telling me to be more positive or to pick up a new hobby also made me really annoyed. i didn't like reading people's replies to me. there's also more fetishization on reddit since guys can browse mental health subs and look for posts like mine. this has been the most comfortable place for me to vent.

Oh, I dunno. I just feel more at home here. You guys will let me speak my mind without judging me too harshly. Ok, well, except for a couple of folks. And oddly enough, they are both constantly triggered about something somebody has said, so it's impossible to take either one of them seriously.

I appreciate the community here more than I will ever be able to express. Because the members of this forum are the folks who actually listened to me, helped me through some really rough times and gave me the strength to try recovery one more time. Today has been a particularly rough day, but all things considered I have learned (through the members here and their stories) that I can always choose to move on to the next realm tomorrow, if things don't get better. Thank you guys for that!

I've been making quite a few posts here for the past couple of months because I've enjoyed the site. It's also good to know that there are people who feel similarly to the way I do.
