• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

All the effort for nothing...

This is primarily a question to the mods and the owner, hoping that those who have the information see this.

I recently answered a question in a thread about making backups of one's stuff, and now I'm asking myself, taking into account that appearances of this site on the news and politicians trying to shut it down (although it most likely won't work) have increased over recent times and there is always the chance of a cyber-attack, are there actually any regular backup procedures being made and stored separately? Because I think it is important that over 2.6 million messages, many of which are genially useful information, should be available to every user at all times. So it only makes sense to have up-to-date backups available in order to be able to spin up a new website in the shortest possible downtime.
