yes. SN alone is fatal. i've seen some goodbye threads of users who successfully CTB with just SN alone.

I have overdosed on benzos in the past and I can tell you there was no fear in me because of them it's like it switched off my fear switch in my brain. So it does help. I haven't attempted while on them though so I can't talk in regards to that. I would imagine it would help. Do you 100% need them? No, there are people that have done it without benzos
