Calculate your TDEE, calculate how much cal 12 double stuffed oreos with milk is together with everything else you ate and drank today and if the number is less than your TDEE, you won't gain. Not sure if I should take this post thát serious, but if you're dealing with eating disordered behaviour, you probably know what I'm talking about.

Don't get down on yourself about that. I had three honey rolls today and I don't bother looking at calories. I just said screw it I want them and that's all there is to it haha. Then I looked at the calories and they're 230 each. They weren't worth it but I don't care. When I get really depressed I eat.
haha You should see what I'm able to eat, or maybe should I say swallow, when I start to binge, your 12 stuffed oreos would be just a start for me.
