I changed up how I write my diary entries on the 26th May and I started counting all the thoughts that I think a normal person would think isn't healthy. Y'know, like desires to harm one's self, suicide, that kind of stuff. Didn't measure the intensitys but here's what I've written for every entry so I can calculate averages.

26/05: 3 Maths
27/05: 0
28/05: 0
29-30/05: 1
31/05: 0
01/06: 2
02/06: "too many to count" (that entry is so concerning lol)
03/06: "about 7 I think"
04/06: 1
05/06: 1
06/06: 1
07-08/06: 2
09/06: 1
10/06: 3
11/06: 0
12/06: 2
13/06: 10
14/06: 1
15-16/06: 1
17/06: 5

Mean (not including 02/06) is 1.86 fucked up thoughts per day.
Median is 1.
Mode is 1.
Range is 10.

I have a problem, don't I?

I'm kinda disappointed tbh. Not enough big numbers.

I think that's very interesting data and I'm certain it's significantly above normal.

You can tell which days I self harmed just from the numbers. No idea what was going on in early June though. I drew this on the 2nd, idk if that has any sort of meaning:
