Hmm. I'm not sure on the definition of a ballad and whether that applies to many songs I like and that's even after looking the definition up.

Here's a few I think might qualify at least:

This one might be my top example of a ballad so hopefully it counts.

(This one's a joke mashup of the previous song with another song that ironically has Ballad in its title lol)

This one affects me every so often

This one also seems like the truest to the meaning of a ballad because it tells somewhat of a story?

And finally, this song sounds very ballady to me especially when I think of the lyrics (their English translation at least)

yes. partly cure and also a way to come in contact with others in a bit more positive way trying to have a good time together.
