Hi Guys, this is my first post, I have been following the forum for years, And it has been very useful And helpful.
My method of choice is SN. I have been able to get SN (in continental europe from where I come from it is not to difficult to get it).
I have Minias with me (a benzodiazepine, specifically named lormetazepam).
It's a very potent benzo used for insomnia. I have it in drops. Its effects kicks in 15-30 min.
One 25 g bottle corresponds to the total amount of oxazepam recommended in the PPH.
I was thus thinking of drinking it all 10 minutes before SN, given its rapid onset of action. It should be like crushing a full pocket of oxazepam in water.
I Don't intend to catch the bus very soon but knowing that I have everything in place for a valid method reassure me a lot And helps me to go on.
I'm just worried about the effects on breathing, since even a high dose of benzodiazepines can have respiratory-depressant effects.
It's not entirely clear from some posts what one actually experiences after taking SN in terms of breathing, but that's how it is.
The other effects instead seem fully tolerable to me (whether it's headache, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, etc.).
