Security update: At around 2:28AM EST, the site was labeled as malicious by Google erroneously, causing users to get a "Dangerous site" warning in most browsers. It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

You could probably find it on eBay if you sort by what country it ships originally from to Canada, you might have better luck finding SN that way. You need at least 15g of SN.

It depends on which country you are in from what I can tell. I'm in the US and planning on getting it from eBay. You might be able to get it from Amazon, but it might not ship to Canada though. You can probably get it elsewhere if not eBay. I hope you are able to find it from somewhere.
