Hi people, first of all I am so glad that those forums exist, whoever keeps this place running is doing God's work.
I have been reading this forum for a while, first out of morbid curiosity, but now my time to catch the train has finally come and I'd like to ask for your help.
I am 22 and a non-native currently living in Stockholm without a job and zero prospects, and I only have enough money to keep on living for a few months, so I am certain I will kill myself this winter. I have no desire to become helpless or spend the last few months of my life living in false hope for an opportunity that'll never come.
I've been longing for death for years, had I had a button to press that would grant me instantaneous painless death anytime I would've pressed it a long time ago, yet finding the strength to find a method to do it is what's kept me alive for so long.
Now I have the iron will to die but very few means to do so. Obviously no guns, no car, not in an apartment, and very few places to jump from in skyscraper-free Stockholm. Hanging sounds like a disaster, drugs or asphyxiation are also a massive hassle, I've never done any drugs and I don't exactly want to waste any money on the black market with substantial risks of failing.
For me jumping is the absolute best way, if I find somewhere high enough to jump from, I should get instant painless death and it wouldn't require me to set anything up. In Stockholm I've had my eyes on the Johanneshovsbron for a while since I live in Söderort and the metro always passes there to head downtown, but afaik it's only 30 meters high which may not guarantee death and it seems a bit of a hassle to walk there, I'm afraid there will be cars even if I do at 4am and that someone will stop me while I walk.
For buildings I don't see any that is both tall enough and that I can also access.
From the Wikipedia suicide spot article I found the Älvsborg Bridge in Göteborg, it seems high enough and it apparently has a lane for bicycles which I could use to walk, but having to take a train to the city and then head to the bridge is a bit of a hassle and I get mild anxiety when traveling to places I don't know.
So here I ask for your help if there are any Stockholmers in this forum. Please tell me if there are golden spots in Stockholm to jump from that are easy of access. I could climb but I definitely do not want to run the risk of dropping and hurting myself before I can actually die.
Also if some experts on jumping could give me some advice about the best height to jump from or how to dive to ensure death that would be sweet. I am about 1.95m tall and very thin if that matters.
Thanks for the help.
