  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I have found that working out a lot is the only way to truly be happy for me. Being active all day no matter how tired I may be. I am not working now because I am waiting for surgery but i have been in the gym for a few hours each day and I feel much better than I ever did on any type of psych meds. I know it may be tiring, but push yourself and just try it. It might work for you.

Makes sense. On a related topic there has been a lot of research to strongly support that excercise works as good, if not better than anti-depressant medications. This is something of course Big Parma wants to suppress.

Cardio is what is recommended, but it depends on each individual - for men it could be weight lifting or cardio. Yoga for both men and women could work.

Indeed excercise is something vastly underated probably because the medical profession would prefer we do not excercize because that makes use healthy which undercuts their profit margin.

I'm not saying that it is 100% a replacement for doctors treatment, but good physical health can aid a lot in the pursuit of any kind of wellness.

Spot on brother you made my comment very professional so thank you. You're definitely right that doctors are snakes who want us completely dependent on them.

Thanks - indeed one must be personally vested in one's health.

I'd rather set myself on fire than to set foot in a gym. Makes my skin crawl, urgh.

Oh but it's so awesome. Especially once u get in the groove. Don't worry how bad u look even if you have no cute workout gear. It does wonders for your mental health is a big reason to go.

It works somehow for me but not all the chemicals come from workout sadly. Also its very temporary for me. I used to workout for years so I get some enjoyment afterwards, I used to rush after going out of the gym to watch or play something.
But then it took too much time and it acts like meds for me (the aftermath can be bad sometimes when chemicals finishes), so the downside for me is taking too much time and money, if I can do it at home, it would be fine.

You don't understand, i loathe the thing and have no need of either. Ironically, the only problem in my life is to have lost my other half who also loathes the gym and has no need of it either.

I used to be the same way as I had some kind of fear/complex about going into one because I was overweight when young. I have literally seen people pushing like four or five hundred pounds in there so don't worry about being judged.

I was slim too, 16 weeks ago ...LOL, now I'm still slim but waist now 31, im not big or magazine muscle-like , but I'm not slim anymore, and I'm a tough mother fucker, now, physically and I may even say mentally.

I'll be in the gym in an hour from now, this is my morning.

I know this is part of your recovery, and glad for you! On this front, one of the many things I deeply love my ex-partner/murderer is that they have not been inside a gym and it shows. Cannot stand well-built look, magazine-level or not. Takes all sorts as they say...

Do you mean you dont like well built looks but instead you rather have a chubby partner, is very small the amount of people that have a good body complexity naturally without exercise.

However the important thing is not the looks, is the feeling, the state-of-being , my everyday day today life, dreams and goals and action forward to achieve them, that's what really matters.

Not chubby, but we are both just OK naturally (though I've lost weight now because of grief). Partly it's because our taste in food is healthy, without a battle of will.

I'm really glad you've found a way for yourself, admire your resourcefulness and courage! Hope you keep thriving.

Problem is it's not just dopamine.
Your brain needs 4 chemicals to feel happiness. Dopamine, Seratonin, Oxytocin, Endorphins.
It doesn't really work if one is missing

I seem to remember having read that too .. what's the mix - 25% of each? It would be great if the complete cocktail can be achieved through a natural means - supplement and exercise.

Most people can achieve all they need with a reasonably healy lifestyle and diet.
What we overlook is that it is impossible/ridiculous for anyone to even imagine being happy all the time
