Medical records : everything between normal ranges, GGT slightly elevated due to past alcohol abuse 140. Dropping to 72, currently normal at 45.

I'd advise against this. While the intention is noble it's an unneeded risk and complication. It's hard enough to CTB without adding complications. If you have no other choice than to go you owe it to yourself to minimize risk.

The PPH first said 10 then upped it to 15 a couple of months ago and wrote about a case study that went really well with that amount. But what they don't tell you is that that 1 case study was probably somebody very old, very weak, and an inch away from dying naturally. Now I'm thinking I should use 30

I've been waiting for someone to post a July and / or August PPEH update hoping to get more info on the sn method especially how much to use.

Wouldn't you need antiemetics? And wouldn't the alcohol disrupt the SN?

So assume 20g per dose, at 29p

Yes it's possible. But please note that people have trouble obtaining those.

That's why it's a pure SN method.

If I puke we'll know those are needed or not and I'll just do it again with them.

They carry it but it's pre mixed with other stuff that's used to cure meat.

I switched to SN only because I am really scared of hanging and yet another hanging is useless anyway.
