Does anyone else have to manage this? I can't really think of a way to express it. Some days are better than others, this is quite a bad day. I feel infinitesimally small, like 'me' barely exists. Some times I have plans to do things but there's just nothing constructive or joyful going on in my brain at the moment. It's a big muddle. I won't catch the bus as it certainly could be worse, and I'm grateful for that. Also I have a cat who I love and I must take care of him.

I have been looking into a peptide drugs like cerebrolysin and cortexin. A lot of herbs and supplements do something called neurogenesis but its a complicated topic. Were your issues triggered by anything specific, such as covid or a head injury?

I do, but I'm bad at managing it though. all I did today was lie in bed.

i think it helps to know that you /are/ capable though. even if even thinking or comprehending the space around you is a challenge. i try making myself to do things that I know point blank I won't be able to comprehend the same way I would/did when I was younger. just takes a lot of "hacking" things, like for example I'm trying to learn how to play the guitar, I can't get my hands to work in tandem with each other, I'm gonna keep practicing but I highly doubt that I'll ever be able to play it the same way a normal person does. If that turns out to be true, when I decide to actually make music, I'm gonna have to make it in a way that is brain-fuck friendly.

maybe you just have to find a way to be productive that doesn't require too much brain power to accomplish
