I created this thread only to share (maybe) usefull informaction about oficial protocols in the Chilean ER, so to help with two (three) things
1.- For my Chilean brothers and Sisters over there trying to CTB , so you know Which method to avoid since with this document you can Know about which methods are the personal specially trained for , so they can reverse the effects over there in the ER when they are trying to ''save your life''.
2.- For my Chilean Brothers to Know what to expect in the worst scenario in case you Fail, so you know and can be prepared. I read the document, i found it to be so terrible .
3.- For everyone in foreign countries who are curious o want to investigate about suicide and it's social treatment in Chilean society by the medical community.
Note: I haven't found any more recent data or protocols online, since authorities show little to no concern about mental health in my country , at least on public health institutions they do not update protocols so often, even so Chile didn't even had an exclusive suicide phone number (even though in my personal experience they are somewhat useless) until no more than three or four months.
The document is in Spanish only, couldn't find any version in english.
