An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. make post and interact on others peoples post took me only a day. basically it's two ways to be able to PM somebody both do the same thing , first you will unlock the start conversation which is a way to privately DM somebody then after a number of post you make you will unlock private messages
