It's the peaceful pill ehandbook by Philip Nitschke basically reliable stuff and one of the foremost literature on suicide. It's for download in the resources thread. Just Ctrl-F search for "aug 2018" that's the latest ppeh. Also make sure you find the link yourself don't trust anyone with it because it could be fake.
