I live in a very hot area, would it be possible for me to lock myself in a room with no AC until I die of heat? I want it to be very painful

Yes, it is possible, but not very probable, unless you have several days and even then your SI will most likely set in and you will leave the room when your discomfort rises to a certain level. Notice I said "probable" and "most likely." I know people have gotten lost in deserts, or their cars have broken down and they have been unable to walk out of the desert. However, I have no idea how long it took them to lose consciousness. And, again, no personal experience here, but having been crazy thirsty from working out in the hayfields, I was just "uncomfortably thirsty" from that if I didn't get a substantial drink every hour or so -- and by "substantial" I mean 2 beers, a quart jar full of salt water and a small juice of some sort -- usually orange. Or lemonade. And I was NOT alone in guzzling ALL that down every couple of hours. Damn, that was hot, dry, HARD work ...

What if I lock myself in and then throw the key out of the window? And throw the AC remote out as well? Would that 100% kill me?

Lock yourself where? Yes you would obviously die due to dehydration and denutrition but that doesn't seem a nice way to go out, might take days and seems like self-caused suffering.

I don't want a nice way to go out, I want the most painful death possible. I don't deserve a peaceful and quiet death.

In my room. Just myself for my final few days of pain

Why do you think you deserve a painful death?

I am the worst human that has ever lived, I don't deserve anything better. If I was less selfish I wouldn't kill myself but I would torture myself for all eternity.

Nothing is 100%. If you are locking yourself in a room -- and this particular way of "going" takes several days, minimum -- it is always possible someone could find you. 🤷🏻

Do you live in a stand alone house? When SI sets in you'll start to panic and make tons of noise that may alert the people around you. Also, I don't know how strong you are but most people can break through a door if it's life or death. I can't give you advice, obviously, but if you want a painful method you'll have to make it either shorter or irreversible.
I do hope you reconsider though, you're probably not as a bad a person as you think you are ♥️

That's not the point. Literally no one likes me, every person I ever tried to be friends with stopped talking to me after a month. No one wants to be near me. The only possible reason for that is that I'm awful.

From what you're saying it sounds like you're not a terrible person. Some people are socially awkward or have trouble finding friends. That's not to invalidate your feelings, but rather to point out that you shouldn't be so hard on yourself.

Even if I am too hard on myself (which I am not), what is even the point to keep going? I don't anyone, and I never will. I've had enough trying to find friends not realising nobody will ever love me.

Think about it very seriously. SI is strong. You might regret doing that. You can technically die from dehydration. If I lived in a cold place, I would definitely go with the hypothermia method, but heat sounds harder to accomplish and more painful. You might have seizures if you get heat attack or dehydrated.

In outside is possible, if you can sedate yourself for a long period. You might not feel a thing but still a slow and unreliable process
