Help Can someone help me figure out how to use bitcoins?

i'm really depressed and i spend most of my days crying so it's really hard for me to learn new things. i'm wondering if someone can break it down easily for me or give me a guide that is simple / easy to read.

i just want to figure out how to buy h online lol. i can't do it in person. i've been meaning to for months and i've been learning it in parts tbh. this just is hard for me to pay attention to right now. i know how and where to buy bitcoins, but idk about the other stuff after that. i also know where to buy the h i need. i just need to know how to use bitcoins and how to transfer the ones i buy to electrum and then how to make a purchase

Coin base is the easiest to use. There are other cryptocurrency exchanges that are more decentralized.
