- 11 tablets of 10mg Metoclopramide (Primperan)
- 12 tablets of 200mg Cimetidine (Tagamet)
- 3 tablets of 10mg Temazepam
- 3 tablets of 1mg Lorazepam
- 25g SN

April 26: 200mg cimetidine 4am
10mg metoclopramide 8am
200mg cimetidine 12pm

Notes to assist
My idea is that I will be sufficiently sleep deprived with this regimen. Allowing the Temazepam and Lorazepam to do their job. However they are both optional.
Anti-emetic and anti-acid regimen is necessary 48hrs prior to SN ingestion. 4x10mg stat dose of Metoclopramide and 800mg Cimetidine is also required immediately beforehand.
25g SN is the utmost limits of Nitschke's advice. However he did say that the range of 20-25g has had successful and peaceful reports in his latest livestream. I am much younger than a senior and relatively healthy, this is why I have chosen 25g.
