  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I go to therapy every day and only talk to her.

Is that the only way to be cured?

Absolutely not, I can think of many non verbal therapy forms.

Bodywork can release trauma through massage alone, minimal talking involved if any.

Skilled hypnotists can work non verbally too.

Metabolic/nutritional therapy can be done via the food you eat. Would only require reading to understand it.

Something like EMDR can work "blind" meaning the therapist does not know your exact issue.
I can also do EMDR on myself and alone (which is not recommended for beginners) without any talking.
More: Perhaps we can have a conversation that is more useful to you if you feel able to mention what you seek a cure for?
I assume you seek to avoid talk therapy because it triggers you, or is it because it's ineffective for you?
