• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Hello everyone, this is my first post on this website, and it'd be great if it's my only one. I attempting to poison myself with carbon dioxide in my garage. I laid down with a pillow for hours while the charcoal was burning, and I wasn't even affected. I thought maybe because I am too low to the ground, so I got a chair to sit down in and nothing happened. I notice when I moved around a bit my nose would get irritated and I'd feel some effects (loss of coordination and a headache, a really bad one), but I want to get the method right by being still so I can do it in my car. The opportunity to do it in my garage has passed (my family is in the house, and I don't want them to get affected), so I'm planning on doing it in a car (can I burn charcoal in my car?). What were some of the mistakes I Made. For context this is the place I did it.

I'm 100 percent this method will work but I IMG 1386 made a mistake I'm not sure were.

Welcome to the forum! Here's a guide and the garage seems to be a bit big to be filled with CO, not that it cannot work but you need a lot more charcoal than if you used a tent.

Seems the garage door is very tough to seal. Also a CO meter can help assess what is the CO level.

The general rule is 0.135 kg of lump charcoal per cubic meter of the room. I'd reccomend having double or triple that. I'd also recommend burning the charcoal outside of wherever you plan to ctb and only move it in after the smoke has clears and the charcoal is glowing red, the smoke inhalation is very unpleasent. As other people are saying, you probably want to do this in a smaller area that's much more sealable.
