• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I know there was thread on this some time ago, but doesnt seem fully resolved. Maybe thats just my lack of understanding, so apologies.

PPH says cardiac switch can assist with SN protocol. Aware that A and propranolol have opposing actions. So does a CSw help or hinder?

Current D-DMA or D-DMP in MAID has D taken 30mins out. And most people are now going with benzos a little before SN, maybe 5mins prior. So would a protocol with D @ -30min, D and A @ -5min (or D, A, P??) be helpful?

Maybe it creates more likelihood of vomiting? But also PPH does say it ensures success.

Keen for thoughts.

Correct me if am wrong but doesn't the pph recommend that the cardiac switch can be added to other drugs to increase their reliability i.e " If there is any reason to doubt the reliability of a primary lethal agent the addition of this digoxin- amitriptyline switch will insure death". Considering the amount needed for a cardiac switch, what will be the point of taking so much meds, posing even more risk to vomiting, with an already highly lethal sn?

this was my initial thought. adding things that aren't typically in the protocol for sn always has some risk.

Fair answers. But pph does say its advantageous. I guess its about how reliable SN is. Is there any chance of failure outside of being found or calling for help? CSw is a guarantee.

I know the MAID protocol is supposed to be the most peaceful and reliable outside of N. But there's been a heap of discussion on the amount of pills needed to achieve adequate digoxyn in a diy version. I have enough of both D and A. Shame to waste it but definitely not keen to stuff up a perfectly adequate SN protocol!
