Checking SN Procedure

I wanted to confirm with people that my method should work, and see if anyone had any additional advice.

Book a hotel room.

0800: Take 600mg Ibuprofen
0815: Take 30mg of meto (is 48hr method better than stat dose? Still confused on this).
Take .50mg Xanax
0900: make 3 glasses of SN.
0915: drink first SN. 2nd if vomit.
take rest of Xanax (approx 3mg) crushed and mixed with water.

Does this make sense? The order of things? Should I take Xanax first? Not much experience with benzos, no tolerance.
But also don't want Xanax to be useless if it takes too long to take effect. Would prefer to be as peaceful/passed out as possible. Again, no experience with them.

Oh I also happen to have some omeprazole on hand, is it good to use an antacid still or is that actually worse?

I think it sounds alright. I don't know if the second dose of Xanax is necessary since people seem to pass out around 15-20 min after drinking SN and I think that's around when the second Xanax dose would start affecting you. So it just might not change anything. With your first dose of Xanax, you might want to have/take more depending on how stressed you are at the time. Maybe 1mg or even a bit more if you were really stressed. If you have enough Xanax to try it ahead of time that might be a good idea to know how it affects you.

I've got 3mg of Xanax total on hand. I don't have any experience with it. Should I take some beforehand to test, or save all 3mg to take before taking my SN?

It seems to be the most peaceful method, especially for someone who has a hard time convincing themselves to hurt themselves. Feel like I can overcome SI better by just drinking something.

Well, 3mg isn't much to test with. I don't think you have enough for testing with no benzo experience. I've learned how I respond to benzos after taking them regularly for weeks/months and trying different doses. I've never taken enough to black out though, just to help with insomnia. There were times .125 mg would be enough to help me fall asleep and times I'd stay awake even after 1mg. So it really depends for me. If I were taking Xanax, I think I'd take around 1.5 mg an hour ahead of SN, possibly more about 30 min later if I was still really stressed. Crushing and adding to water just makes it take effect faster I believe.

Yeah, I understand it's hard to get everything to make it an ideal attempt. I would prefer to have Xanax but I only have Klonopin. Should still work ok though.

I think 3mg of Xanax would be enough for you without quetiapine, but I can't guarantee anything. Xanax is one of the faster benzos to take effect, and if you have it crushed + empty stomach it should be very fast. So what I'd tentatively suggest is for you to take 0.5-1mg (up to you what exactly you want to try first) 60 min before SN with the ibuprofen. Then see how you're feeling at 30 min. If you feel the way you want to, then great, I don't think you'd need to take any more, because the effects will probably increase a bit by the time you take SN. If you feel like you need more, you'll have to use your best judgement based on how much you first took and how it made you feel.

As for taking all 3mg at the start, I don't know for sure. I've never taken that much at once. I don't think you would black out but would at least feel very sedated, maybe more than you'd want to be.

No idea. Seems like most people say don't bother with an antacid. But I already have it? Idk if it's actively bad to use it, or if it just does nothing beneficial.

Also do you need filtered or bottled water, or is tap water fine?
I got throat spray and mouthwash to add to my method as well.
