That's a very clever conclusion. So don't make other people vomiting with your CO, better consider something else.

The problem with CO is that your body realizes it's a poison and will try to get rid of it. If you were to breathe pure CO you wouldn't have any oxygen and you'd lose consciousness pretty quickly. If there's any O2 at all you're body is going to start reacting.. violently.
