Convulsions when hanging

Is there any way to ease the thrashing around once you've passed out? Obviously the less you convulse the less chance there is of the method failing, would it be advisable to take something like benzos or amytriptiline beforehand?

I don't know. What works for you. Combined high sedative (benzo+alcohol) andhigh opiate dose, but make sure it doesn't mess up the attempt ? For me: tolerance ...
