Venting Cops took my SN and drove me to the ER

I finally got my SN on Tuesday. I live with my family and my mom was the one who opened the door on delivery, constantly asking about what I ordered and why it was so expensive (parents check my debit card history).

After my shift at work, cops came and told me I'm involuntarily admitted to the hospital under the mental health act. They took the package of SN which ai kept in my purse, after they told me they searched my house while I was at work and didn't find it there. I'm discharged from the ER now, but I feel so hopeless after the cops took my SN.

I still feel suicidal. I don't want to get better, I just want a way out. Preferably a method that's not so painful. I want a peaceful death.

I'm confused. Did your mom call the police? How else could they know, right? You guys over there in UK definitely seem to have less rights than here in US. I'm sorry that happened to you.

I understand just wanting a way to be free from this existence, peace from this existence is all I personally hope for and I see so much cruelty in how suffering is seen as to force and prolong no matter what with no acceptance towards the personal choice to not exist, I wish there's the option to just simply cease existing in peace and never suffer ever again. But anyway I wish you the best.

Do these pos realize we all are going to die anyway. they say u can't leave now only at age 90 after suffering for 10 years in pain from 80 to 90

I do have my own debit card. I'm an adult but live with helicopter parents.

can you have it delivered to a friends house? or buy a visa gift card and use that to pay for the sn and have it shipped somwhere else? or open a po box

Maybe parents googled it but I imagine police who are trained to deal w/ MH stuff are told about Sodium Nitrite these days with how common it's becoming as a suicide method.

mmm I think it's relatively common here but the deaths by suicide associated with SN are not that many worldwide by any means

Not worldwide, but in both Canada and the UK it's been in the news (e.g., front page of BBC a few times) so I wouldn't be surprised at all if the police and healthcare practitioners are trained to recognise it.
