• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

sigh. i looked up pictures of what an sn death looks like, and im not sure if i can put my family though seeing that.

does anyone have suggestions for ctb methods that will have the visually least affect on my body?

i was looking into sn specifically because of the period of time after taking it where you know you are dying and gradually lose consciousness. that specifically appeals to me. i'd like to know i am dying, i want to feel that still, if possible.

this has really fucked up my plans and i feel trapped lmao

thank you.

Is it that bad with SN?
idk if i'd say it's "that bad" but if you just search "sodium nitrite overdose aftermath" and go to pictures you'll uh, see. to me i know that will fuck with my family too much.
the patches of discolouration on the skin, the way the eyes look, the bleeding, etc
, it's all just, too much for them, and honestly i think a bit for me as well. idk. i kinda wish i never looked.

>kinda wish i never looked.
Curiosity got the best of me too x.,x That is actually so grim..
I'll just try not to think about it too much myself, still seems like the most reliable, painless method I know..
Death usually isn't pretty I suppose, so it is what it is..
I do respect you thinking of your family like that at least :)

ARe you planning to take SN in your own home? maybe have an automated message to the police/friends to notify the police so the people you love won't see your body?

I see, don't morticians restore bodies in time for open caskets though? It's a whole process that involves make up and such... I don't know if there's a perfect solution for you... I feel like most of the time regardless you will look a little "off" especially to those who have seen you regularly. Also considering what your eyes will look like won't matter because in open caskets it will be closed right? I know Kurt Cobain used a bird shot rifle and other than bleeding from the nose and ear the bassist Krist Novoselic said that Kurt looked like he was just "sleeping"

Personally I want to be burned or something... I want no traces of me left on the earth

Even most natural deaths look bad too.
Death is ugly. No way around it.

Read up on the former wiki. There doesn't have to be signs on the body at all. There are at least three cases I've found written there that didn't display any signs of cyanosis; there could be more. Emphasis on case no.3 too, the body is said to be lovely and peaceful. Where have you read all those grim stuff, I suggest tempering it out with the correct balance of facts.

2) An 81-year-old woman took sodium nitrite to end her life alone. Her death was taken to be of natural causes. This suggests her body did not display obvious cyanosis, considering that cyanosis is a very common effect on the body as death takes place.

3) According to the sister of the deceased, Mrs. W took her life alone using sodium nitrite. Her body looked lovely and peaceful, and not brown. There have been no questions from the police or the coroner.

4) A friend of the deceased wrote, "I was not too surprised that her death was taken to be from natural causes, because I know of another Exit member, a 92-year-old man, who used sodium nitrite. He also was not glaringly showing cyanosis. Could the relatively short time to death, 22 minutes, played a role in this?"
