Got my hands on some preworkout powder that's around 320 mg of caffeine per scoop. Didn't buy it as an exit method, of course, but I'm curious since I've heard of people dying from drinking things with only 200-400 mg of caffeine or even deaths from having the powder by itself. I know these deaths mostly happen in people with pre-existing conditions and there's better ways to go out, but I was wondering if anyone who knows more than me has information on whether I could consume enough to trigger cardiac arrest without my body stopping the process.

You certainly could--but it's definitely not a great way to go. The death that comes to mind was that PT who died from taking the equivalent of 200 cups of coffee via powdered caffeine (I believe ~20,000mg of caffeine? Since 1 cup of coffee ~= 100 mg). The lethal dose, I've read, is 10g. It's supposedly a very painful death, with the person experiencing intense anxiety, vomiting, hallucinations, and chest pain.

I hope you enjoy it as a pre-workout and get those gains tho :)

You absolutely could but I would not recommend it. There are definitely better options if you have them available. Whatever you choose though, I hope you find peace

1. Pretty much nobody's dying from 200-400mg of caffeine, I've had over a gram before, you'd need a lot
2. DO NOT DO THIS. It would be an INSANELY painful death and given the fact that it mainly attacks your liver and kidneys first, it wouldn't be very quick either. Plus the fact that if an ambulance gets there within a couple hours of the dose being taken they can easily make it no longer deadly and you'd have to deal with the permanent damage of it. I would not suggest this method in the slightest

this does not sound like a good way at all.......unreliable and possibly violent reactions.....

Guess I will šŸ’Ŗ Being alive sucks, but I don't have a good method right now, so I'll stick around for a bit and hopefully die buff.

It would be too unpredictable and possibly uncomfortable/painful to be worth it. You would have to have virtually no tolerance to caffeine for it to work. The RDA of caffeine is about 400mg (5 Red Bulls). You would have to take a lot in a short time and you most likely wouldn't CTB but you would be awake for a long time. Heart attack would be the most likely CTB scenario.
