I've been on heavy antidepressants for so long- probably since I was 16. And when I'm on them death scares me to no end. I start to tear the idea of leaving small things that make me happy..ice cream and birds and video games and everything else. And I fucking hate it. I miss when death was a constant comfort. I go off them cold turkey sometimes and sit and dream of CBT- write all my notes and sell my shit. But I always go back on them when someone notices. I miss death so much
