Help Details on hanging self with belt

Wanna do this quick and as painless as possible. I got a belt and a door, how do I do this properly?

I'm attempting the same thing, but it's really hard. I wish you luck, but be prepared to fail since overcoming the survival instinct is so hard.

I think so. I have everything set up but when it all comes down to it, I lack the strength to push through every time.

Not enough rehearsal then.

I'm through 20+ hours of trying different positions for the noose (ropes, belts, with NN bags, with cushions, standing, sitting). The SI is nil - only the rage, fury, and stuffy nose.

I back out because of pain, not fear.

If you get closer to passing out, the SI can be dealt with.

I have tried twice in 3 weeks I didn't pass out the pain got to intense and I backed out
