• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

I refrain from joining "neurodivergent" groups because of what I have seen:
there are no people with my same problem, there is often teasing despite being a "neurodivergent" group, people who think they have the disability but apparently have imposter syndrome.

Advice is also welcome.

What I've often seen with online mental illness support groups is that a lot of the people joining them have apparently every disease known to man kind, all of them being self-diagnosed.

I'm sure something like what you're describing exists, but it's buried under piles of useless garbage.

I would have preferred to be a very severely handicapped person, being aware of being handicapped and not having much of a voice to direct my own life killed my will, my energy and what little intelligence I had left, in life you must follow its rules but I am not fit to follow those rules, everything in this shitty life requires little or much intelligence.

Genetics is a cruel bitch

I just don't find a reason to go on general neurodivergent adjacent servers if you're lookong for ones that cater to a specific disorder. Not all symptoms overlap. Have you tried looking for more "targeted" communities?
