This is a small pet peeve of mine, but I watch a lot of TV, nothing better to do I guess, and so I see a lot of ads or parts of ads since I do have a remote, of course. It kind of pisses me off, that no matter what the product, everyone looks insanely, unnaturally happy. Hemorrhoid cream? Happy. Eating at Applebees? Happy. Riding a Peleton? Happy. Drug for metastatic breast cancer? Happy. Box store employee? Happy. Postal worker?
Smiling and happy. Casino? Everyone happily winning. Beauty product? Happy. Anyone doing anything, then drinking a beer or a soda. So happy they break into spontaneous dancing. Lies from Big Corporations who treat their workers like shit. Amazon. Tyson. Nestles. Just about any Big climate change denying Oil company. Big Pharma bandits. Sick of it.

Yep. And while they are at it, blast the most generic, corporate music over it. Toxic positivity at its finest.
