I am not sure of the context here, but many people find in someone's post something that they resonate with. It can be difficult enough to find people with whom you have something in common. Sometimes shared pain is pain lessened.

I do want to apologize. I do it to let someone know they're heard which I know makes me feel better. I sometimes do it as I'm reading before completing the post, which is a bad habit

What you're going through is very real. I know these bad days where the rawest feelings come to surface are needed. They're hard though. I hope you find some rest tonight.
