Discussion Does anyone else plan on losing weight or improve their looks in other ways before ctb?

I'm currently overweight at 200lbs with a BMI of 33. There are so many reasons why I need to lose weight, but for me the most important one is so that I need a lesser dose of SN and so that no one has a problem handling my body (as in pathologists and funeral managers). I also plan to improve my looks in other ways, take care of my hair, teeth and skin and maybe get into make up since I usually don't wear make up. I know there is most likely nothing after death but I wish to die while looking the best I can. Does anyone else relate?

I've been on a weight loss program and strangely even when I'm ready to pop off I still do the exercise and watch my diet. When I'm gone I plan on being cremated so maybe not being so fat they can use less fuel to burn me?

I thought about it too. I'm 75kg male so it's OK with SN but I suppose that it's more effective if you're skinny

Nah , I'll end up losing all my weight once I get cremated.

I don't plan on changing anything as I'll be gone before the month is over. I'll still continue basic hygene practices and all that, but that's it.
