• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Sorry. Didn't mean to be an asshole. But, yeah, it's finally happening.

Something tells me that you (or Mark) don't know what indictment is or even what he was indicted over. You are celebrating the weaponization of the judicial system against political opponents. Imagine thinking somebody belongs in jail simply because you don't like them and thinking you are one of the good guys. It's funny how the same people who "stand in solidarity with Ukraine" also endorse arresting political opponents in the U.S. like Putin does in Russia.

This country is a dumpster fire under Joe Biden and people like you care more about whether Trump paid off a pornstar in 2016. Congratulations on having your priorities in order. You deserve the dumpster fire you have reaped.

The judge is allowed to use his discretion as to whether jail time is appropriate or not, even if Trump is found guilty. The legal consensus is that it's highly unlikely Trump would face jail time, even if found guilty. More than likely there would be a hefty fine involved or - if the judge is feeling particularly saucy - community service. So, nothing that would prevent Trump from running again in '24. If anything, this misadventure is improving Trump's polling numbers against DeSantis among likely Republican primary voters.

While it's technically *possible* for Trump to face jail time, it would be highly abnormal compared to similar offenses in the same state legal system, and I don't think DA Bragg would risk his credibility like that.

As much as I would love to never hear from that stupid, bigoted old oaf ever again, and as much as I would love for politicians from both parties to be held accountable in a general sense, I have a feeling Trump is going to be a thorn in our side until the day he dies.
