So i did it i got through another rubbish xmas and new year through self punishment how can the professionals think it ok to punish myself rather than actually put an end to this!!!

I am now more resolved that help is not coming as no one believes I will act on my plans as haven't so far!

I must not make it to Valentine's day.

i am gonna tap into some people that will make me tip and loose my SI as people need to stop pro lifing someone as scummy as me!!!! If they won't hold me, support me and guide me to live a better manageable life then s*d them!!!! Stop script reading to me because u HAVE to.... actually WANT TO!! I can tell the difference.

Anyway its been great on here and some awesome people here for all u to get to know but i must focus on the ones around me that will help me tip over and understand it will not only stop my suffering but all those having to suffer because i exist!

Lonely sucks.... feel always free to vent, that's an unique place, you can put all your trash out and can even have "solutions" to your problems.

Dont CTB in a impulse way,.... sometimes we just need a "trash" day like getting very drunk at friday. Hope you can find a way for you.

Yeah it is a small diamond this place. Allowing freedom to vent with people that understand and normally don't judge.

Valentine's is just ANOTHER day but to me its too much as an older unlovable human it just shows the time i wasted on something that was not love. Others paths may lead another way but mine is heading for a dead end literally x

Am sorry u find urself struggling on ur lifes path and i hope its just a bump and it can be helped by some of the people and resources on here but respect maybe it can't be or won't be as we all have our own reasons

Also days and events are not necessarily markers of time to ctb but to my mind dates they are and it just how my brain works
